SV VIVIAN - THE LARGEST SAILING
TRIMARAN IN SOUTH EAST ASIA

SV Vivian has been build with the idea in mind of creating a Landmark for the North Lombok region and its Gili Islands. With it’s Trimaran design (tree hull boat) and its 3 Sails, this solid wood Sailing Vessel is unique in the world. Build on the beaches of North Lombok, hand crafted by local Indonesian boat builders it follows the (hand-drawing) design of American Michael Brett Tagrin.

IT COULD HAVE FAILED AT ANY TIME

It was an adventure to build this boat. Because of its unique design at any milestones of the boat building till its lounge it could have failed. Started building in October 2013 the boat was lounged to water in June 2014. Just to be finished on the water and given the first sail in November 2014
